Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

How to start a return

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fieldandash.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Return Condition (Required)

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in original, unused condition. This includes all internal and external packaging:

  • The original white protective dust bag.

  • The clear plastic protective sleeve.

  • All original hang-tags and hardware protection. Items returned "naked" or missing these protective layers may be subject to a 10% repackaging fee.

Return shipping

For approved returns, customers are responsible for a $9.95 return shipping and processing fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect item sent), we will waive this fee.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Returns

We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders. If an international return is authorized, the customer is strictly responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping with a carrier of their choice.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, a refund (minus the $9.95 processing fee) will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after the return is received.

  • Refund posting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important notes

  • Returns must be authorized before sending any items back.

  • Unauthorized returns or items sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.
